Job Description in Raleigh, NC:
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lay the foundations of success for the Raleigh, NC market by following the ProCraft Process to the letter.
- Thrive in stressful situations and embrace the spotlight as you work relentlessly to succeed.
- Utilize any past experience (preferably in roofing, restoration, or a related field) to fast track to mentorship. YES! Compensate more for people with experience!!
- Must be willing to drive to Morrisville, NC for interview, onboarding, initial training and weekly sales meetings.
- Go door-to-door setting inspections.
- Climb rooftops to perform inspection.
- Inspect & document (take photos) the property for storm damage.
- (If enough damage is identified) Help homeowner call their insurance company and get the claim process started.
- (If there is not enough damage) Let homeowner know to call you after next storm.
- Go over contingency agreement and get it signed.
- Meet with adjuster to get roof approved.
- Pick-up first check and give them all their options.
- Complete Pre-build Authorization Form to get build scheduled.
- Manage and document (take photos) build.
- Pick-up deductible & upgrade check once build is complete.
- Pick-up final check from homeowner.
- Follow-up with homeowner to make sure they had a great experience and see where we can improve.
