Team size and structure?

Executive Producer, Game Producer(PM). Game Designer(Analytic), 3 Unity Developers, Unity Team Lead, 2D Artist, 3D Animator, QA.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Collaborate with the game development team to align project goals, requirements, and its appearance; 

— Setup and work with Figma or other design delivery tools; 

— Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our games; 

— Create fancy game controls and UI elements for brand-new game mechanics; 

— Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas; 

— Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs; 

— Ensure consistent and engaging user experiences throughout the game; 

— Work closely with 2D and 3D artists and Unity developers; 

— Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game UI/UX design; 

— Use AI generative approach for finding new ideas and styles; 

— Create illustrations for game screens, pop-ups, offers, etc.; 

— Develop and apply style guides and resources for each game

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• From 2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design; 

• Experience as a game dev UI/UX designer; 

• English level — B1 or higher; 

• Proficiency in working with Unity Developers and the ability to integrate UI assets into game projects; 

• Exceptional graphic design and image editing skills using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; 

• Understanding of player behavior and psychology to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; 

• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; 

• Portfolio is required

Will be a plus:

• Rich gaming experience; 

• Familiarity with animation development; 

• Experience in illustration preparation (find, edit, generate, draw own) Knowledge of modern trends in game interfaces; 

• Familiarity with other game engines; 

• A passion for gaming and a portfolio showcasing your work in-game UI/UX design; 

It is recommended to attach a link to Google Play or App Store for games that you designed or participated in the creation process
