What is the opportunity?

Do you enjoy and take pride in operating production machinery? We are hiring plastics welding machine operators and associates to join the team of a national custom insulation manufacturer to make insulation barrier systems for steel buildings.

How will you spend your time?

• Operate a plastic welding machine in the welding of barrier components

• For each job ensure the proper product is selected and measured to the right dimensions.

• Check finished product to ensure product quality.

• Package finished product and accessories for delivery.

• Maintain all necessary production records in a timely and accurate manner.

• Work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.

• Relevant work experience, with preference for manufacturing and machine operation experience.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good English communication and basic math skills.

• Full physical ability to meet the varying demands of the job.

What do you get in return?

• Work Schedule: 6 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday and 6 AM to 10 AM on Friday.

• Starting Compensation: $17.50 to $18.50 hr.

• Benefits: Full benefits package.
