We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, chatbots, direct mail, and loyalty programs for 6-8 clients. Your expertise will help our clients succeed in their lifecycle marketing efforts, and you'll play a key role in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic roadmaps that align with client goals and identify optimization opportunities for their email marketing programs.
Present and refine strategic plans based on client feedback and priorities.
Collaborate with creative production teams to implement strategies and ensure a strong return on investment for clients.
Analyze reporting and analytics with clients, offering key insights and recommendations to enhance their marketing programs.
Manage lifecycle campaigns from inception to analysis, overseeing creative development, building, quality assurance, deployment, and reporting for multiple clients.
Build automations, campaigns, and audience segments using various email service platforms.
Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth progress on email campaigns and special projects.
Required Education and Experience:
Experience in digital marketing within an agency setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
At least 5 years of experience managing email/SMS, CRM, in-app, and direct mail marketing strategies and execution, including:
Automated flows (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase)
Audience segmentation
Personalization techniques
Data analytics and reporting
Lifecycle marketing strategy
Client account management
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
A positive attitude and intrinsic motivation.
Comfortable leading calls and participating in meetings via phone or Zoom.
Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:
Basic HTML experience
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Proficient in several major email service providers (ESPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Klaviyo, MailChimp, Bronto)
Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
