WHAT YOU BRING:

Post-secondary education in Management, Human Resources, or related area. 0-1 years of doing full-cycle recruitment. Proven success at active and passive candidate sourcing, along with previous experience of developing full-cycle recruitment plans. A true people person! You know how to create connections and lasting first impressions You love problem solving and working in a team. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Tech savvy and very comfortable with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Jobvite. Proficient with Linked Recruiter and Microsoft 365. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Demonstrates good judgment and excellent service delivery skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Strong sense of urgency. Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
