We are looking for a talented and driven Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will play a key role in executing mergers, acquisitions, and financing assignments, helping clients navigate the complexities of these high-impact transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams to support mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions for fast-growing companies.
- Prepare and analyze marketing documentation and presentations to communicate transaction opportunities effectively.
- Conduct in-depth research and competitive analyses to provide actionable insights to clients.
- Build financial models and perform valuation analyses to guide strategic decisions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and delivering high-quality work on time.
- Leverage financial expertise to assist in the development of transaction structures and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field with a strong academic record (3.5 GPA or above).
- At least two years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 transaction services (completion of degree required).
- Previous experience in M&A or related internships.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel; PowerPoint skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling marketing materials, perform detailed research, and conduct insightful competitive and valuation analyses.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for finance, investment banking, and the world of e-commerce.
