Essential Job Functions:
Responding online catalog inquiries of high dollar items; many are in excess of $1,000
Assisting luxury-eccentric customers with order-related issues and resolutions
Ensuring orders are successfully submitted
Responding to item sizing/ color/ material/ dimension, product warranties, product returns, and shipping issues and inquiries
What It Takes To Succeed:
Strong, white glove customers, while offering solutions
Ability to show empathy to customers, while offering solutions
Excellent probing and listening skills
Strong critical-thinking skills to ensure application of accurate order pricing, sales taxes, discounts and adjustments
Impeccable attention to detail and focus
Navigation of multiple systems during a call to gather information and assist the customer
Must-Have Qualities and Capabilities
Patience and empathy
Easily manage stress, able to work under pressure, and adapt to adverse situations
Be knowledgeable and friendly
Deliver eloquent customer service
Have experience working with users to identify the best solution
Requirements:
Must be 18 year of age
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or call center experience
Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements).

Must have dual-core 2.9 Ghz or better (laptop or desktop) with 4GB or RAM. An all-in-one computer cannot be utilized.
Must have a USB headset with microphone (required for a certification training)
Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection.
Must have a landline phone service (No Magic Jacks or wireless devices allowed)
Must be able to purchase a call center noise cancelling phone.
Must have dual monitors 17 - 19' LCD monitors in non-widescreen or 19-20' in widescreen format.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pass and complete certification training.
