WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:   Fors Marsh is seeking a Digital Associate Creative Director to direct collaboration among graphics designers, user experience (UX) designers, and art directors to ensure superior digital products. This individual will be hands on with the digital development process as well as mentor digital designers and junior/senior art directors, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.

Responsibilities include:  

• Help oversee production of digital product across mediums. 
• Guide creative strategy and output on digital products, ensuring cohesive product and translation. 
• Assist in managing workflow, resources, and budgets on digital products. 
• Generate innovative, strategic, and conceptual designs to drive creative digital outputs. 
• Create and approve digital content, wireframes, and designs under direction of the creative director. 
• Consult with senior staff on capacity, resources, training, and resource needs in digital space.
• Oversee professional development of junior digital staff. 
• Stay on top of industry trends. 

Qualifications:  

• 8 years experience in graphic design or other related fields. 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in areas such as graphic design, advertising, or marketing. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.  
• Proficiency in Adobe Figma and/or other relevant online design or CMS platforms.   
• Proficiency in design and management of design for websites, apps, digital display, and other digital products. 
• Proficiency in animation programs such Adobe Animate and Final Cut Pro. 
• Creative problem solving. 
• Team collaboration.
• Critical thinking. 
• Time management.   
• Ability to manage dynamic workload.  
• Government experience is a plus. 
• Understands federal guidelines around Section 508 compliance and accessibility.

Salary: $102,000-$130,000
