Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and friendly demeanor will help ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and sharing information about products, services, and policies.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, striving to maintain high customer satisfaction and a positive company image.
Identify and assess customer needs, aiming for effective resolutions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Maintain a solid understanding of our products, services, and promotions to confidently address customer questions.
Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies and procedures.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and comments for internal review and analysis.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to exceed expectations and foster loyalty.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in a retail or e-commerce setting.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated empathy and patience, with the capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficiency with computers, including experience using customer service platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 18.00 Per Hour
