What’s a typical day as a Teller? You’ll be:

• Assisting members in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple systems and adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Troubleshooting a broad variety of member service requests, including transactions, basic account maintenance, and card-related activities.

• Assisting members with Digital Banking Services and offering appropriate products and services to help build and retain financial relationships.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Are knowledgeable about financial products and services, with a willingness to learn more.

• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
