Assistant General Manager Requirements

• 2+ years casual dining experience
• Working knowledge of FOH and BOH operations
• P&L knowledge with ability to impact prime cost
• Positive leader that inspires excellence
• Ability to work Nights and Weekends
• Craft beer and LBW knowledge
