Job Advertisement: Warehouse Manager

Location : Tucker, GA

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 per year plus benefits

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Tucker, GA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure the smooth running of our warehouse.

Responsibilities :

• Organize and manage inventory.
• Conduct perpetual inventory audits.
• Manage inventory parts, including costing, retailing, and description.
• Develop and implement operating procedures.
• Procure supplies from current and alternative suppliers.
• Forecast inventory needs.
• Maintain vendor relations.
• Set up and execute online parts sales.
• Ensure the safety of staff and materials in the warehouse.
• Protect assets through surveillance, GPS tracking, and fleet management.

Skills Required :

• Physical fitness to work in a warehouse environment with heavy materials.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification.
• Previous warehouse management experience.
• Technologically savvy to operate ERP systems and use Excel for data analysis.
• Soft skills: Team player, effective communication, positive attitude, organizational skills, sense of urgency, consistency in work, ability to get work done by others, and produce results.
