Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7am - 3:30pm

Pay: $18.50

Temp To Hire

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Summary:

The Warehouse Associate with Preferred Forklift/Reach Truck Experience is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

Essential Functions

• Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks, checking in products, and staging them for loading into storage containers.
• Loading certain items into storage containers until needed.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible, clean, organized, and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
• Clearly mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed (trash removal, general cleaning).
• Must be able to read labels and SKU's to ensure proper placement in staging.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Ability to drive large warehouse equipment safely and within OSHA and KPS guidelines.
• Must have forklift experience
• Must be able to work in a Team-Drama Free environment!
• During downtime, must be willing to find additional work that needs to be done.

Physical Requirements

• Lift/carry/push/pull heavy material or equipment (up to 75 lbs.)
• Willing to be on feet for entire shift.
• Safety training, sales training, and proper etiquette coaching

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
