Experienced Waiter:
We are seeking an experienced waiter who is outgoing, personable, and friendly. As a waiter your responsibilities include welcoming guests, seating guests, and being attentive to their needs while in the dining area. You will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, preparing drink orders (coffee, latte, smoothies, etc.), effectively communicating orders to the kitchen, and delivering the food from the kitchen to the guest after checking that the food order was prepared correctly. The shift duties will include setting the table with silverware, pre-bussing tables, and wiping tables. The ideal candidate should follow health code standards with regards to handling the food, memorize the food menu, as well as upsell orders by making recommendations from the menu, and have at least 2+ years of experience.
Experienced Cook:
We are seeking an experienced cook for a cafe located in Brooklyn NY. Cook must maintain a safe and clean work area at all times, and maintain sanitation standards. Must have knowledge of safety procedures including safe temperatures at which ingredients must be kept and to which food must be prepared. Ability to prepare small dishes in a timely manner. As a cook you will be accountable for the dishes you prepare measuring up to the expectations of management and the customers. The ideal candidate should have and have at least 2+ years of experience. A food handlers license is preferred.
Experienced Barista:
We are seeking an experienced barista for our café located in Brooklyn NY. As a barista you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, taking food and drink orders, preparing beverages, answering customers questions about menu choices, as well as recommending and promoting menu items, and taking payment from customers. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times even during difficult and stressful circumstances. The employee must be a team player, have the ability to multitask, and have at least 2+ years of experience.
