Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full construction life cycle of automotive manufacturing plants, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, troubleshoot issues, and enforce safety standards.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, costs, and timelines for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Manage procurement of materials and resources to ensure timely project delivery.
Identify and resolve potential risks and delays to maintain project momentum.
Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing the construction of automotive manufacturing plants or similar industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring quality control, budget management, and timeline adherence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel nationwide and work on different project sites.
Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in automotive manufacturing processes and specific construction needs for these types of facilities.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certifications.
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, or similar construction design software.
