ActioNet has an opportunity for the Transition and Change Management Lead is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of services and personnel during BPA implementation and closeout. This role focuses on minimizing disruptions, training stakeholders, and ensuring continuity of services during contractor transitions.

Location:Hybrid/Remote.  Candidate should be local to DMV area. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute transition plans for incoming and outgoing contractors.
  • Oversee change management strategies to ensure seamless service transitions.
  • Provide training and support for personnel affected by contract changes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with service transitions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain transition documentation and performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Change Management, or IT-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in transition and change management.
  • Experience managing large-scale organizational transitions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PROSCI Change Management Certification.
  • Experience with government contract transitions.
  • Background in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
