You'll collaborate with a client to design and implement comprehensive training for a varied workforce. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating formal Programs of Instruction tailored to specific functions, units, or projects. You will also establish methodologies for executing these training programs and assess their effectiveness in coordination with the client.
Occasionally, you will provide classroom instruction, applying your advanced consulting skills and industry knowledge to address complex challenges with creative solutions. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring team members, working independently, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver diverse training programs for a client, including creating formal.
Implement training methodologies within fiscal and operational guidelines and assess POI effectiveness.
Occasionally provide stand-up classroom instruction and develop innovative solutions for complex issues.
Mentor and supervise team members, working with minimal direction.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in coordinating or running training programs within the intelligence community or in curriculum development.
Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and leverage subject matter experts to create comprehensive onboarding and mission familiarization documents.
Skilled in utilizing various training materials, media, and technology to engage learners effectively.
Experience developing technical training presentations and addressing large audiences.
Capability to identify training gaps, define root causes, and develop practical solutions.
Flexibility and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a focus on high-quality documentation and analysis.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in Education or Intelligence Studies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with research, writing background papers, and preparing executive-level briefings.
Familiarity with interacting with intelligence community partners and foreign language transcription.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Certification as an IC Agency Training Instructor or Educator and completion of formal instructor training courses (450, 451, 452, or JCAC).

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,700 to $154,000 annually. This range is based on various factors, including location and individual qualifications.
