Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement English teaching programs according to the school's teaching plan and curriculum requirements to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching.
Adopt diversified teaching means and methods to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their English application skills.
Organize extracurricular English activities, such as English corner and speech contests, to create a strong English learning atmosphere.
Establish a good teacher-student relationship with students, pay attention to students' learning progress and difficulties, and provide necessary assistance and guidance.
Participate in the school's teaching research and curriculum reform to promote the continuous improvement of English teaching.
Abide by school rules and regulations, fulfill the professional ethics of teachers, and establish a good image of teachers.
