Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Identify and recruit highly qualified candidates for senior-level IT roles in areas such as infrastructure, operations, enterprise application services, data management, and more.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define effective recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of strong candidates for various technical roles across the organization.
Candidate Screening & Interviews:
Conduct detailed screenings and interviews using a combination of methods, such as structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions, to ensure only the most qualified candidates are considered.
Stay updated on industry trends to ensure recruitment processes and candidate evaluations align with current standards.
Networking & Relationship Building:
Network with potential candidates and promote the organization's brand to attract top-tier IT professionals.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Job Descriptions & Posting:
Write and post engaging technical job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Engage in strategic conversations with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with evolving hiring needs.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to stay informed on company goals and hiring initiatives.
Administrative & Miscellaneous:
Maintain an organized database of candidates, ensuring efficient tracking and communication throughout the hiring process.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment team and business needs.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years' experience in IT or technical recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
Proven track record in recruiting for technology roles, including a strong understanding of the technical requirements and job functions.
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions or similar tools to source quality candidates.
Skills & Competencies:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and familiarity with other recruitment tools.
Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to build strong relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders.
Additional:
Familiarity with UKG Pro is a plus.
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
