Job Description

Envision Healthcare at Home was established in 2005 by six healthcare professionals who wanted to make a difference in their community.

We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly, Full-Time Team Assistant who has experience with scheduling for our office in Denver, CO 80222.

Responsibilities Include

  • Meet visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Develops a cooperative relationship and communicates effectively and professionally with patients, families, co-workers, and referral sources.
  • Preparing IDT agendas, tracking Face-to-face schedules, staff and patient scheduling, reporting statistical data, and other office support functions as requested.
  • Assist the director with onboarding new employees.


Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Must have experience with scheduling in a busy hospital, medical clinic, home health, Hospice, or palliative care office.
  • Home Health, Hospice experience, or Palliative care is highly preferred but not required.
  • Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Effective communication, positive attitude, and team player
  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to quality patient care
  • Must have some knowledge of medical terminology.
