Please note that this opportunity is not a remote position and involves direct interaction with our clients and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to amplify sales for AT&T within different market segments.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers, building robust relationships that reflect positively on the company’s brand.
  • Participate in intensive training sessions to continually advance your knowledge of the sales and marketing industry and our client products.
  • Analyze marketing trends and customer feedback to recommend adjustments in marketing campaigns that align more closely with consumer needs.
  • Lead and participate in collaborative team projects and meetings to discuss strategies, campaign results, and forward planning.
  • Report on campaign performance with comprehensive detailing of sales figures, potential leads, and areas of improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm when representing the company and our clients at events, promotional activities, and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience or high level of interest in sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Must be over the age of 18 and possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Availability to work full-time hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment, implementing the teamwork and strategic thinking often associated with sports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to organically foster relationships and create customer loyalty.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a knack for identifying opportunities and creatively solving problems.
  • Demonstrable track record of handling sales or marketing campaigns with quantifiable success strongly preferred.
  • Physical capability to manage the demands of frequent travel and event participation related to job functions.
  • A passion for sports, and an understanding of how its principles can translate into business success.
