Your Role
You'll:
Conduct one-on-one remote coaching sessions with students to enhance their skills.
Assess students' initial skills, pair them with suitable coaches, and guide them through regular sessions.
Facilitate Family Team Meetings to celebrate progress, set new goals, and delegate responsibilities.
What You'll Be Accountable For
Supporting the development of students' skills and tracking their progress.
Designing effective interventions and maintaining clear, open communication with students, families, and team members.
A Typical Day
Conduct remote coaching sessions with students.
Review and document their progress.
Develop and adjust coaching strategies.
Collaborate with team members, participate in administrative tasks, and engage in professional development.
Sessions are typically in the afternoons and evenings (3 PM - 9 PM PST) and include a 4-hour window on weekends (Saturday or Sunday, 9 AM - 6 PM PST).
Attendance at our weekly Team Meeting from 9 AM - 10 AM every Tuesday is expected, with potential changes to the meeting time.

Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Credentials: One of the following:
Special education instruction credential
Pupil Personnel Services Credential for school counseling or psychology
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Educational Psychologist
Licensed Psychologist
Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
Preferred Experience: At least three years of teaching or coaching experience.
