Position Overview:

As the Shipping Manager / International and Domestic Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, collaborating across teams and with external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities:

Manage international shipping documentation in collaboration with customer brokers.
Monitor and optimize shipping metrics such as volumes, costs, and delivery times.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate global product export and customs procedures.
Oversee corporate logistics procedures to meet customer expectations and business goals.
Handle transportation claims and provide timely product tracking information.
Drive continuous process improvements and resolve logistics issues for e-commerce and retail operations.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in transportation and logistics, preferably in industries like e-commerce or retail.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Snowflake) and basic SQL is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones.
