Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Compliance here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with talent acquisition processes and regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing the background check and drug screening process across Honeywell. Your expertise in compliance and talent acquisition will ensure that Honeywell attracts and hires top talent while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

In this role, you will impact the organization by providing day-to-day support and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team on matters related to affirmative action, equal opportunity, data privacy, and other employment law notices and updates related to applicants. You will contribute to the success of the company by ensuring talent acquisition processes are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and drive the company's Affirmative Action Program (AAP) and activities related to maintaining compliance with both federal and state regulatory agencies.
  • Provide support in any audit by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
  • Provide support for regulatory reporting (e.g. EEO-1 and VETS-4212) and business’ Requests for Proposals.
  • Manage pre-screening vendor relationships globally. Drive process optimization to enhance customer experience. Serve as the subject matter expert for all pre-screening inquiries effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance in hiring to meet Sanctions and Export Control requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Ensure compliance with talent acquisition processes, policies, and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and compliance

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 years of experience in Compliance or Employment Law
