You will report to the Director of Global Operations for Ride Hail and be based in San Francisco or Mountain View in California.
You Will - Analyze data (SQL, dashboards, etc.) to understand factors affecting supply and develop strategies for vehicle availability across markets and times.
- Lead retrospectives of supply dips, identify causes, assign action items, and bring solutions to completion.
- Create and refine plans to reduce the impact of unforeseen events on hailable vehicle supply.
- Collaborate with Supply and Demand teams in each market, set performance targets, and ensure alignment to maximize service levels.
- Define, document, and deliver training for on-call procedures and escalation protocols to ensure swift resolution of supply issues.
- Work directly with senior leaders to lead decision-making for initiatives affecting hailable supply, balancing trade-offs with other goals, and coach partners on supply management best practices.
You Have - 10+ years of experience interpreting data from multiple sources and obtaining relevant insights to optimize results (i.e: vehicle supply).
- The ability to conduct investigations into supply disruptions, identify causes, and develop solutions.
- 5+ years of project management experience
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. $180,000—$227,000 USD
