Redcoat AI is an early-stage startup working on solving the new threats enterprises face caused by the increasing use of generative AI. Our first solutions are targeting the rise in phishing over SMS, email, and other apps. We're a group of engineers and domain experts with 50+ years of collective experience in security and authentication at both startups and large enterprises.
As a technically driven company at an early stage of growth, We are currently seeking a Product Manager who will be instrumental in guiding our product development efforts and ensuring our solutions are well aligned with customer needs. We had a successful pre-seed round and are now looking to fill key roles in the company.
Market and Customer Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, identify new opportunities, and keep abreast of industry trends. Utilize insights to inform product development priorities and strategies.
Product Strategy Development: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products. Develop product roadmaps and strategies that align with the company's vision and market needs.
Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate with the experienced engineering team to prioritize product features and iterate on existing products and come up with new solutions.
Performance Measurement: Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Use data-driven decision-making to iterate and improve product features continually.
Significant product management experience with Enterprise SaaS products.
Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-moving startup setting, and good at handling ambiguity.
Excellent internal and external communication.
Bias towards action and experimentation
Ideal candidates will have experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
