Senior Managing Director of Ancillary Revenue
Job Description Summary Position Summary:
This role involves identifying new revenue streams for Asset Services, through strategic new ancillary services and identification of monetization opportunities. This role will ensure that Americas Services is leveraging the partnership with CW Procurement to develop and implement strategies, manage vendor relationships and oversee large-scale revenue management programs, and drive compliance within the Americas Services team, In addition to identifying and implementing new growth strategies, this position will be responsible for the following:
Job Description Essential Job Duties: Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ancillary revenue generating strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across the Services Platform.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Spend Compliance & Management:
- Partner with Procurement to set our strategy around spend management and strategic preferred vendors to secure the best possible outcomes for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Proactively manage and improve upon current contract objectives, preparing for renewal negotiations to ensure all parties are aligned to control costs and maximize value.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Revenue Management Programs:
- Develop and manage large-scale ancillary revenue management programs to optimize revenue generation across the company's properties.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure proper contract management and execution, ensuring the success of company goals.
- Analyze market trends and data to inform revenue management strategies and decisions.
- Partner with business development to incorporate our technology differentiators into client pursuits.
Procurement Operations:
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure the effective implementation of revenue generating programs, aligning leaders and employees to avoid unnecessary barriers in achieving goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on procurement activities and performance.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $212,500.00 - $250,000.00
