Requirements
- 2 years catering/kitchen experience is must. Preferably in catering Kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus
- Must be able to drive Vans and Box Trucks
- Must have clean driving record
- Follow instructions from Lead or Executive Chef
