Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including P&L analysis, cost/sales analysis, and variance and trend analysis.
- Prepare key financial reports essential for Corporate Executive Leadership and Sales Leadership decision-making.
- Contribute hands-on to corporate forecasting, quarterly, and annual budget preparations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing processes.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to manage expense line items effectively.
- Develop dynamic models to automate and enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Conduct corporate FP&A, business analysis, and data interpretation.
- Build and maintain profit and loss models and other financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within retail or insurance sectors.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient technical and troubleshooting skills.
