Company Overview:
A leading regional financial institution, dedicated to providing exceptional financial solutions with over $3 billion in assets, is expanding its SBA team.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation for processing loan requests.
- Review and approve title commitments, surveys, insurance, and other necessary documents.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors on construction loans.
- Prepare SBA packaging forms efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by liaising with customers, attorneys, title companies, and lenders.
- Submit loans to SBA for approval and prepare SBA Loan Authorizations.
- Schedule and coordinate loan closings, ensuring compliance with bank policies, regulations, and SBA procedures.

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in SBA 7(a) closing.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in CRE closing.
- Current knowledge of SBA SOP's (Small Business Administration Standard Operating Procedures).
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience preferred.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
