Salesforce QA Tester
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Salesforce testing experience needs to be in the following areas:
* Integration, Performance, Accessibility, Regression, Security.
* Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Service Cloud (FSC).
* Salesforce certification (Administrator or other).
* The ability to analyze and create a comprehensive Test Plan to address the line items listed above.
* The ability to create system, UAT, and regression test scripts, test logs, and track/report on test results.
* Experience performing software, data, and configuration quality assurance and validation for online and mission-critical applications.
* Experience identifying and documenting defects in test management tools.
* Experience validating API performance using automation/performance testing tools preferred.
* Experience with automated testing tools in the Salesforce ecosystem preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive test plans outlining the scope, objectives, and approach for testing Salesforce applications.
* Identifies test scenarios, test cases, and data requirements based on functional and technical specifications.
* Creates detailed test cases that cover all aspects of Salesforce functionality, including customizations, integrations, and configurations.
* Executes manual and automated (preferred) tests to validate that Salesforce applications meet specified requirements.
* Verifies the seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications. Validates data flow and consistency across integrated platforms.
* Ensures the availability of relevant test data for Salesforce testing purposes.
* Develops and maintains data sets to cover various testing scenarios and conditions.
