Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

2+ years GM experience in a fast-casual, fast-food, or full-service restaurant
Exceed guest expectations
Lead team with a hands-on leadership style
Demonstrate a "Run it like you own it" attitude
Be the face of the restaurant in the community
The ability to assist by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
