Food and Beverage Manager - Task Force 6 Week Rotation - Salary $70,000 Annualized. 

4 Month Colorado Ski Resort Rotation.

This job is 100% Travel Living in Hotels. We pay lodging and Meals and Travel.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a high quality of guest service

• Oversees all F&B outlets, venues, banquet operations and catering

• Coordinate with Corporate Food and Beverage Director in the development of service standards and F&B programing for current and future operations.

• Create and modify multiple restaurant and menu products with Corporate F&B Director.

• Establish and oversee proper food service and quality and experience.

• Maintain and enforce all sanitation and health department requirements.

• Oversees all FOH and BOH personnel hiring and training.

• Development of F&B department training and succession path.

• Regular interactions with leadership in a collaborative effort to ensure product satisfaction and guest needs are being met.
