As an Acquisitions Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass receiving and relentlessly following up with leads, negotiating discounted purchases of off-market properties, and adeptly preparing and securing contracts to ensure seamless and triumphant sales procedures. From the instant a lead materializes to the moment you furnish our closing team with a signed contract, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our business's expansion and achievements. TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a reliable computer with ample storage and a fast processor
  
• Must have a reliable smartphone with a sizable data plan
  
• Must be software proficient  (especially with Google apps for business, Microsoft Office, CRM’s, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, etc.)
  

Benefits

COMPENSATION:

• W-2 position; base hourly rate is Minimum Wage as a Draw Against Commissions
  
• Avg. income $100,000+ yearly  (top associates have made over $250,000/year)
  
• Tiered Commission Structure based on Gross Profit you generate for the company. The more you generate, the higher your commission split!
