Job Overview

This is a remote, entry-level management position. As an Entry-Level Manager, you will provide support to agents in the field, monitor sales activity, and develop strategies for agent success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members. You will also engage with families and individuals (virtually or in person) to explain their benefits package, obtain referrals, and continue building both your skillset and team.
