We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Donation Processor Agent. Your role will be pivotal in providing excellent customer service to our donors helping to further our mission and make a positive impact in the community.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in remote or local customer service
  
• 12 years of experience in a remote or local call center environment
• Access to a Windows computer
  
• Must have hardwired internet
  
• Must have a USB headset
• A quiet professional space to handle calls
  
• Ability to type at a speed of 40 WPM or more
  
• Intermediate computer skills
  
• Must have active listening skills
  
• Must of a pleasant and professional tone in voice.
  
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
