As a Commission-Based Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for available positions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and goals.
• No specific degree required – we value experience and passion for recruitment above all else.
