Join our vibrant real estate team as a seasoned and committed real estate agent. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for handling and executing 5 to 10 listing appointments each week, tailored to client preferences for either virtual meetings via Zoom or face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from KW Everett Agent Launch
• Execute KW Everett lead generations systems weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in KW & Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
