What you’ll do at IP Corporation as Quality Manager: The Quality Manager leads and manages the Quality Control staff and Quality Management System (QMS) to assure timely quality products. This position is responsible for leading the efforts in assuring site quality, managing customer complaints and in working directly with production on quality related issues.
What you can expect to do in this role as a Quality Manager: - Establish and supervise safety mandates and protocols within the Quality Department.
- Establish and supervise standards for the Quality Assurance staff that will ensure that products released for shipment to a customer are in specification and in statistical control.
- Assure that all data and testing required for the product is supplied on time and in as efficient a manner as possible.
- Work with the Production staff to resolve and correct production practices that result in quality problems and/or decreased productivity.
- Interact with the Research & Development staff, on behalf of the Manufacturing group, to ensure that new formulations are within the capabilities of the Production staff problem formulations not correctable by improved production techniques are quickly resolved by the R & D staff.
- Supervise activities that will ensure that all data generated in the manufacturing of finished products is accurate and are entered into the computer system in a timely fashion.
- Review all SMC quality and yield analysis for accuracy and ensure that this information is accurate and is entered into the computer in a timely fashion.
- Manage the site’s first generational scrap program (Yellow Tag) and provide corrective actions or process improvements where applicable
- Assure the integrity of Certificate of Analysis documentation supplied to customers.
- Manage the site’s Customer Complaint and CAPA (Corrective Action / Preventative Action) program.
- Manage the site’s ISO 9001:2015 certification program and direct external and internal audits.
What we are looking for in a Quality Manager: - 5+ years’ quality experience in chemicals, adhesive and/or related technology.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing teams in a quality-focused environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quality goals, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience leading a quality control lab.
- Experience in ISO 90001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
- Excellent communication, verbal, written and computer skills.
- Familiar with ERP systems.
- Knowledge & demonstrated use of statistical methods (SPC, MiniTab, etc.).
- Strong customer focus and problem solving.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects, etc.)
- Must be able to be multi-task oriented and to be a self-starter while working independently with minimal supervision.

The below annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
Pay Transparency Range $100,000.00—$120,000.00 USD
