Share Top Job Located in Visalia, CA Salary: 18.00-20.00 PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR Express Employment is seeking a Project Administrator for the Visalia area with a Construction firm. The Project Administrator assists & supports the Project Management team in performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents to/from Client/Subs/Suppliers/etc., general Document Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices, assisting in job-site employee on-boarding & off-boarding, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

• $16-$18/hr.
• Full time – Monday thru Friday, 7am to 4pm.
• Evaluation to Hire
• Responsibilities Include:

• Review production materials.
• Cross checking materials for work order is correct.
• Processing work orders.
• Research information and/or materials as needed.
• Data Entry into Excel sheets.
• Processes and tracks Submittals to owner, contact subs for items to be submitted.
• Processes and tracks formal correspondence with Clients and Subcontractors.
• Create and Process Subcontracts.
• Assist Contract Administrators and Project Engineers with job-site compliance tracking.
• Create Purchase Orders.

• High School Diploma and/or GED.
• Ability to work fast pace.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication.
• Detail Oriented and critically think for problem solving.
• Some experience in the Construction field is a MUST!
