As AidKit's first Product Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that our solutions for government benefit programs are both impactful and aligned with the needs of the communities we serve. You’ll work closely with our commercial and engineering teams to drive meaningful outcomes, ensuring our product remains adaptive and responsive to the markets AidKit serves and seeks to expand into.
In this role, you'll bring structure and discipline to how we learn from the market, championing the voices of those we aim to empower. By creating a bridge between market needs and product innovation, you’ll ensure that AidKit’s solutions remain human-centered and informed by the diverse communities who rely on us. Your leadership will be key in helping us use technology as a tool for transformation and amplifying AidKit’s positive impact on the lives of those we support.
For this full-time position, you can work from anywhere in the United States. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000.
