Join Forma's compact yet insightful design and product team, dedicated to creating intuitive and delightful experiences for life benefits. Your role will be crucial in simplifying the complex benefits industry for our 1M+ members, helping them to utilize their Life Savings Account (LSA), Pre-tax, Rewards & Recognition benefits, among others. We're seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our mission.

Role-Specific Duties:

  • Content Strategy: Take an overview of content and its production, designing governance, workflows, and taxonomies in a user-centered context.

  • Collaboration : Work with customer service stakeholders, designers, product managers, and marketing to shape and structure the architecture of content based on design principles.

  • User-Centered Design : Design content to meet user needs, making complex language and processes easy to understand, while implementing style and standards.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Identify, analyze, manage, and monitor relationships with and between stakeholders, communicating clearly and regularly, and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.

  • Agile Working: Apply an agile mindset to all aspects of work, working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, using an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery, and appreciating the importance of agile project delivery for digital projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement information architecture strategies to optimize the use and accessibility of the internal knowledge base.

  • Codesign and develop the internal knowledge base that everyone enjoys to use.

  • Collaborate with AMs, CSMs, OPS, Product, and Design teams to ensure seamless information flow.

  • Analyze and improve knowledge base usability.

  • Integrate with the product release process to ensure documentation and knowledge base updates align with new features and changes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in information architecture and knowledge management.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on user experience.

  • Familiarity with agile methodology and the ability to apply an agile mindset to work processes.
