Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Private Chef for a Milwaukee WI gentleman. This role involves preparing daily meals for the principal with a focus on healthy organic and highquality cuisine. The chef will be responsible for maintaining CSuite corporate lunches when the Principal is out of town and should have the ability to scale up to more elaborate preparations for occasional dinner parties and gatherings. Direct communication with the principal is expected without intermediary layers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present daily nutritious and organic meals adapting to the dietary preferences and requirements of the principal.
Manage all aspects of the kitchen including ingredient procurement meal planning and kitchen cleanliness.
Elevate culinary offerings for dinner parties and special events showcasing creativity and high culinary standards.
Maintain clear and direct communication with the principal regarding meal planning dietary needs and event schedules.
Travel occasionally to the familys lake house to provide meal preparation and kitchen management onsite.
Requirements:
PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS A PRIVATE CHEF with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in healthy organic cooking and highlevel culinary execution.
Strong ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the household kitchen.
Excellent organizational and communication skills capable of working directly with highprofile individuals.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying schedules including stays at the lake house.
Culinary arts training or equivalent experience with a solid understanding of nutritional cooking and dietary management.
Ability to undergo a thorough background check
Schedule:
Fulltime 5 days week with 2 consecutive days off; most likely Sunday and Monday. Scheduling flexibility is required for travel and special events.
