Honeybee Hires is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) who is ready to use their leadership skills to run an OT department independently and grow it alongside the founder.

Position overview:

• THIS IS A LEAD OT ROLE! Responsibilities include treating a reduced caseload, building the framework for providing OT alongside an existing SLP team, and working with the founder to grow a small OT department over the next 6-12 months.
• $88k-$120k DOE, with a potential to earn an extra $5k in bonuses
• In-person, clinic based
• Flexible schedule!!
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations
• Create workflows to support the OT department as the team grows.
• Collaborate with founder on marketing strategies
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate pediatric patients care team to promote carryover of skills at home
• Utilize play-based and evidence-based approaches
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with clinic multidisciplinary team

Qualifications: 

• Active or pending California OTR/L license
• Feeding experience (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience providing occupational therapy in a pediatric setting (required)
• Must be confident operating independently as a solo OT prior to growing the department!
• A leadership mentality - must be excited about growing a program and mentoring other OTs
• Ability to work in San Ramon, CA
• Warm, encouraging and enthusiastic
