The basics of working as a Patient Registration Representative include:
Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors
Checking in patients and assisting with registration
Provide information and ensure patient paperwork is complete
Obtaining patient signatures and insurance documentation

Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
Have previous clinic or hospital work experience
Have excellent communication skills
Are able to pick up shifts at other locations when applicable
