Position Type:   Full-Time , Direct Hire  
Location:   Sussex , WI
 

Summary:

We are currently looking for  a   Parts Manager   to  work  for a n industry leading manufacturer  in  the  Milwaukee area . In this role, you  will  ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of parts in addition to maintaining optimal inventory levels in house . This is a DIRECT HIRE role that is available immediately.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for ensuring  accurate and  timely fulfillment of parts orders , both domestic and international , in addition to  kits and   fabricated /machined   heavy parts, with a variety of lead times.
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels in-house to ensure smooth , uninterrupted production and repair operations .
• Analyz e historical data and market trends to develop forecasts and implement strategies to ensure ongoaing .
• Responsible for  annual inventory count.
• Manage a team of up to 4 employees in the parts department.
• Up to 10% travel as needed .

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of s upervisory experience
• Experience working in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor Visual)
• Experience analyzing and  managing inventory levels, preferably in the automotive, power or heavy equipment industries
