Parts Manager
Description
Selected candidate will establish pricing guidelines to achieve targeted goals, develop and implement a successful marketing and merchandising plan, maintain and control parts inventory, develop and sustain a high level of employee performance and morale, ensure employees are properly managed and coached, and achieve and sustain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty in ways to increase the loyalty and growth of current and new customers. This candidate will develop, monitor and achieve agreed upon departmental business objectives consistent with dealership policies, regulations and expectations.
Applicants must possess:
· Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
· Agriculture background
· Thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Superior customer service skills
· The ability to anticipate issues and respond proactively with solutions
· Computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
· Be able to lift 60 pounds unassisted
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
