Job Summary: We are seeking a Parts Delivery and Pick-Up Driver to provide excellent customer service through efficient parts ticket pulls, delivery, and picking up of products using a company vehicle. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, team players who enjoy a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Benefits

Responsibilities * Safely and expertly deliver parts to customers as needed * Select and stage parts for customer orders * Craft "wow" moments for clientele by going above and beyond their expectations to ensure their utmost happiness * Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner * Communicate with and educate customers on our products * Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business * Perform daily collection of credit accounts * Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves, and keeping a clean environment Qualifications * 1-2 years of prior driving experience * Previous experience in a customer service role preferred * Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract required * Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve * Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities * Able to lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team About Us: Customers have trusted Sternberg Automotive Group for over 60 years!
