Job Description

Taylor Management is currently seeking an experienced, on-site Property Manager for a large-scale community. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including maintenance, landscaping, and security.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the community is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supervise on-site staff
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement community policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee capital improvement projects.
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or safety concerns.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Property Manager, preferably in a large-scale community.
• Knowledge of property management best practices, regulations, and local ordinances.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage staff and vendors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Budget management and financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
