Job Vacancy: Office Administrator/Assistant

Location: Poland office (Krakw)

Contract: B2B FullTime

Roles & Responsibilities:

Office Administration
Organize with landlord if something is not working.
Decorating Office in festive seasons
Coordinate cleaners watering of plants
Order Food and Drink Deliveries online
Unpack and Stock Food and Drink deliveries
Store refrigerated snacks back in freezer at end of the day.
General office tidiness
Coordinate with morning cleaner to ensure everything is cleaned properly.
Special Catering event hotdogs wraps (weekly)

Employee Relations
Organize Birthdays Cakes for employees
Arrange ordering of certifications Xvoucher
Arranging Kolomolo branded merchandise with suppliers (birthday presents)
Arrange events like lunch dinner escape room drinks
Buying Food/Wolt lunch sometimes
Arrange Business Trips buy flights & hotels
Arrange employee events integration events ie paintball dinner
Arrange employee office events cheese tasting
Track Certificates people are studying for and have achieved. Check against AWS.

Administration

Organize Courier
Organize Returns of broken equipment
Organize Allegro
Organize printing
Collect parcels from post office

One off tasks examples

Investigate cost for vouchers for gym
Investigate Sim Card thats best for unlimited data
Preparing mockup for artwork for a banner
Helping fix a power point presentation

Onboarding New Employee

Buy Laptop if needed
Arrange ordering of things like keyboard / mouse / monitor / laptop

General

Communicating and arranging things.
Supplier Management
Fresh Fruit Delivery
Fresh vegetables
Water Delivery
